The short version

Email [email protected] within 14 days of buying, from the address you bought with, and you get your money back. You do not have to explain why, and you will not be argued with.

The detail

Window. 14 days from the date of purchase. Digital content delivered immediately is normally exempt from statutory cooling-off rights; we honour the 14 days anyway.
How. One email. Include nothing more than the address you used at checkout so we can find the purchase.
Timing. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method, usually the same day we read the email. Your bank then takes its own time, typically five to ten days.
After a refund. Access to that guide ends. The free question bank and the starter pack stay open to you.

If something is wrong rather than unwanted

A broken page, a solution that does not run, a question you think is mis-tiered: tell us instead of asking for a refund, and it gets fixed. That feedback is worth more to us than the sale, and you keep the guide.

Before you buy

You do not have to take a chance. Every problem statement on the site is free to read, one complete question per type is open on each guide page, and signing in with an email unlocks a starter pack of full solutions at no cost. Read those first and buy only if the work is what you expected.
